Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
