Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective CRM solutions.
- Configure and optimize CRM workflows, entities, and integrations to enhance customer relationship management.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.
