About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Operations modules. This role involves end-to-end implementation, hands-on technical activities, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Experience: 3–5 years in D365 FO implementation

Location: On-site, Bangalore (Bellandur), India

Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours/Week)

Time Zone: IST (India Standard Time – UTC +5:30)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP implementation projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

• Configure and customize Finance & Ops modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll.

• Provide hands-on technical implementation support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure smooth integration of Financial modules with other business applications.

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide user training/documentation.

• Troubleshoot issues and deliver proactive solutions for process improvements.

• Act as a trusted advisor on D365 Finance & Ops best practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong implementation experience in D365 F&O (mandatory)

• Hands-on expertise in Finance modules: AR, AP, Payroll

• Experience in functional design, configurations, and ERP deployments

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong understanding of ERP finance processes and workflows
