About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations professional to lead training sessions for enterprise clients. The role requires designing and delivering structured training modules, mentoring participants, and ensuring knowledge transfer aligned with business requirements. This is a full-time remote engagement with a long-term duration.

6–9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Develop course content, training materials, and hands-on exercises.

• Conduct live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.

• Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.

• Customize training programs to align with client business needs.

• Support learners with practical case studies and real-world scenarios.

• Ensure continuous improvement of course delivery and methodology.

Key Skills:

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

• Proven experience in conducting corporate training sessions.

• Ability to design engaging training materials and learning paths.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

• Spanish language proficiency (mandatory).

Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant (preferred).
