• Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 Retail/Commerce implementations.

• Lead requirement gathering with retail stakeholders to capture functional needs.

• Configure and implement D365 Commerce modules: POS, Store Ops, Loyalty, Pricing, Inventory, eCommerce.

• Design retail business processes and map to D365 functionalities.

• Prepare functional specs, test cases, training materials, and user guides.

• Work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live.

• Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and process improvements.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices and meet business objectives.
