Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs

• Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules, including POS, Retail HQ, and Call Center

• Develop extensions and integrations using X++, Retail SDK, and Azure services

• Support end-to-end retail processes: sales, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and inventory

• Coordinate testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities

• Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical layers and provide resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business users)
