Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Create and configure workflows, plugins, and custom entities within the CRM platform.
- Integrate CRM with other applications, systems, and third-party tools.
- Perform data migration and ensure the integrity of data in the system.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM functionality.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to CRM solutions.
