About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Retail, and Entertainment domains. The role involves full-cycle NAV administration, development, and support — from database setups and POS configurations to financial management, inventory, and integrations. This is a hands-on onsite role in Dubai for a 1-year engagement.

Full-Time Contract – 1 Year


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head Office (HO) Database Management:
    Create new companies/attractions, Chart of Accounts, Master Data, POS systems, user setup & role management.
    Develop new functionalities, modify existing NAV objects (Tables, Pages, Codeunits, Reports), debug code, manage backups, and generate user manuals & reports.

  • Financial Management:
    Set up GL accounts, posting groups, and execute costing jobs. Handle COGS verification, month-end, and year-end closing.

  • Sales & Purchase Management:
    Manage customers, pricing, POS offers, approvals, workflows, and resolve back-office issues across SO, PR, PO, GRN, and Undo GRN.

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management:
    Assist in Item Master, Recipe, UOM setups, HHT integrations, warehouse zones/bins, posting groups, and troubleshoot stock/journal issues.

  • Data Director:
    Monitor and ensure smooth data flow between HO and POS, resolve sales data movement issues.

  • LS Retail:
    Create/modify scheduler jobs, manage data push jobs, log tables, and resolve statement posting issues for cash room teams.

  • Installation & Setup:
    Install and configure Navision, Data Director, SQL Server, and POS databases. Manage POS functionality, hardware profiles, and system setups.

  • POS Database & User Management:
    Create POS databases, manage interface modifications, tender types, bill print setups, hardware (scanners, printers, drawers, KOT), retail users, and POS commands.

  • Integrations:
    Support NAV integrations with Oracle, Semnox, and Filenet.

  • Financial, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Warehouse Management

  • Strong LS Retail and Data Director experience

  • NAV integrations (Oracle, Semnox, Filenet)

  • SQL Server setup and administration

 

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (Mandatory)
