MS D365 Solutions Architect

Details

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, customization, and integration of a newly implemented CRM platform. This role is pivotal in optimizing service delivery, ensuring scalability, and aligning solutions with evolving business needs.

Experience: 5+ years in Dynamics 365 solution architecture (public sector experience a plus)

Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (Local Candidates Only)

Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions

• Customize applications (Sales, Customer Service), workflows, Power Automate, and plugins

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP, GIS, and 311 systems

• Lead and manage data migration efforts

• Collaborate closely with project managers and business stakeholders

• Mentor junior staff and enforce architectural best practices

• Ensure compliance and stay updated with platform enhancements

Key Skills:

• MS Dynamics 365 CE Architecture & Customization

• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• System Integration & Data Migration

• .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure

• DevOps, CI/CD

• Tools such as KingswaySoft or Scribe (preferred)

Certifications (Preferred):

• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

• Customer Service Consultant Associate
