NAV/ BC Functional Consultant

Details

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Configure and customize NAV/BC modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing.

• Work closely with technical teams to support solution design, development, and testing.

• Manage end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.

• Provide training, UAT support, and go-live assistance to end-users.

• Document business processes, functional designs, and test scenarios.

• Analyze and resolve functional issues and recommend process improvements.

• Maintain ongoing support and system optimization post-implementation.
