Job Description: NAV/BC Functional Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled NAV/BC Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an NAV/BC Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in understanding client requirements, configuring the system to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support and consultation.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, understand their processes, and recommend tailored NAV/Business Central solutions.

2. System Configuration: Configure Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central modules and functionalities according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

3. Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of NAV/Business Central projects, including data migration, system setup, testing, and user training.

4. Customization and Extension: Collaborate with development teams to design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet unique client needs.

5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing system issues, resolving user queries, and troubleshooting technical issues on time.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of NAV/Business Central configurations and customizations to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and updates in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
