Job Summary:

As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design dashboards, and deliver insightful visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Visualization:

   • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
   • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
   • Implement data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

2. Data Modeling and Transformation:

   • Develop data models and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
   • Optimize data structures for improved performance and scalability.
   • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
   • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
   • Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of BI solutions.

4. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
   • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
