We’re looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience working directly with Sage 100 data tables. In this role, you will design complex, formula-driven financial reports and build dynamic dashboards that turn raw accounting data into actionable insights. This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect Power BI directly to Sage 100 data tables (not via exports or third-party connectors).

• Design and implement advanced financial reports using DAX and Power BI formulas.

• Build dashboards for P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and custom KPIs.

• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across all reporting layers.

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Write complex formulas and develop multi-layered reports.

• Integrate additional data sources alongside Sage 100 for enhanced reporting.

• Provide continuous optimization of reports to meet evolving business needs.

Key Skills:
Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Financial Reporting, Sage 100 ERP, SQL Server (preferred).

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Sage 100 ERP database structure and schema.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced formula writing.

• Background knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or background in Finance/Accounting.

• Experience integrating multiple data sources into Power BI.

• Familiarity with SQL Server or related database tools.
