Position Overview: The D365 Retail and Commerce Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on retail and commerce modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and provide ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for retail and commerce solutions.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 for Retail and Commerce modules to meet business needs.
• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, integration, and data migration.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for retail operations and commerce processes.
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 retail and commerce modules.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
