About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for end-to-end ERP implementations, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing domains.

Experience:
8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations, with at least 5+ years in BC/NAV and 4–6 full life cycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including large-scale and multiple small to mid-sized engagements.

• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stakeholders.

• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional configurations in BC/NAV.

• Configure and implement Finance, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.

• Prepare and review project documentation such as FRDs, FDDs, training manuals, and UAT scripts.

• Conduct user training, UAT workshops, and ensure application configuration aligns with business requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design and product demos.

Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV certification preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong exposure to versions from NAV 2009 to D365 Business Central.

• Proficiency in Finance, Budgeting & Cash Flow, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.

• Experience with VAT, HR, Payroll, LS Retail, or Microsoft CRM is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Power Platform, Office 365, and Power BI is desirable.
