• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and document requirements.

• Configure SCM modules in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Develop and manage system integrations using APIs, EDI, or middleware tools.

• Conduct UAT, deliver training, and provide post-go-live support and enhancements.

• Drive process automation and improvements using digital tools and RPA.

• Oversee data migration, validation, and master data management.

• Work with developers to implement and support customizations and system upgrades.
